Storefront Political Media is seeking a dedicated and experienced scheduler to perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties. The ideal candidate will possess at least two years of administrative and scheduling experience; candidates with legislative experience are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities would include:
- Organizing and scheduling appointments on behalf of Storefront’s CEO and Senior Account Executives
- Planning and executing internal/external meetings
- Preparing detailed memos/briefings
- Writing and distributing email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Updating and maintaining office policies and procedures
- Ordering office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintaining contact lists and Storefront’s client-base
- Booking travel arrangements and coordinating off-site meetings
- Acting as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Serving as a liaison to Storefront’s CEO and managing the firm’s internal workflow
