Field Director - Colorado Coordinated Campaign - Denver, CO

The Colorado Coordinated Campaign is seeking an experienced Field Director to lead a diverse and robust team of Deputy Field Directors, Regional Field Directors (RFDs), and Field Organizers (FOs) in Colorado in 2020. We are looking for hardworking, self-motivated candidates who are interested in running a disciplined, accountable, and innovative program to turn out the voters we need in order to win races for Democrats up and down the ticket this November.

 

Responsibilities:

• ●      Train and manage a team of Deputy Field Directors (DFDs) on a daily basis
• ●      Assist DFDs in training and managing a team of Regional Field Directors
• ●      Execute and assist in developing a statewide field plan and robust GOTV plan
• ●      Play a lead role in hiring within the Field Department
• ●      Collaborate with other department heads within the Coordinated Campaign in order to create a strong, well-rounded program.
• ●      Oversee accurate reporting and ensure execution of quality data management protocols
• ●      Keep team focused and motivated in a high-stress, rigorous work schedule and environment

 

Required Qualifications:

• ●      Previously held Field Director, Deputy Field Director, or Regional Field Director positions
• ●      A minimum of 3 cycles of field experience
• ●      Previous experience hiring, managing, and training staff
• ●      Previous experience working on large, metric driven voter contact programs
• ●      Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively and clearly communicate with different types of stakeholders, from high level elected officials to grassroots activists
• ●      Must have access to a cell phone and vehicle.
