[NJ Progressive Campaign]

SEEKING A FIELD DIRECTOR

Progressive Challenger in a primary fight needs a Field Director. A well-funded campaign in New Jersey needs a scrappy, hard working, never-say-quit Field Director to handle ballot access, ballot position and GOTV efforts. 

Responsibilities:

-Meet weekly goals and metrics 

-Recruit and train volunteers

-Organize canvasses

-Enter data

-Work with the campaign manager in creating and executing a strong diverse GOTV plan

-Execute the campaign’s petition program to gain access to the ballot

-Assume responsibilities as delegated by the campaign manager

Qualifications

Have minimum of 2 cycles of campaign experience, with 1 year of field experience.

Experience working with Votebuilder, NGP/VAN and other volunteer and communication platforms.

-Have a good sense of humor in the crazy environment of campaigns

-Ability to work weekends and long hours 

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet all assigned deadlines 

-Access to a car, laptop, and cell phone

-Must be willing to relocate to New Jersey

-Must be able to start by March 2nd, 2020
