Finance Staff for NY Congressional Campaign

We are a people-powered campaign looking to elect Adem Bunkeddeko in the NY 9th district. Adem Bunkeddeko is running for the U.S. House of Representatives and challenging incumbent Yvette Clarke because he believes Brooklyn deserves more. Adem wasn't born into wealth and isn't a career politician. As the son of Ugandan war refugees, he worked his way up as an activist and organizer in Brooklyn to create better outcomes for working families.
We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented individual to serve as a finance associate on our campaign.
The office will be located in Central Brooklyn.
Duties and Responsibilities
Call time staffing, data management, research, and prospecting
Staff all call time for the candidate
Ensure databases and call sheets are organized and up to date
Identify and research prospective donors
Track and execute all required follow up from calls
Other Finance Staff responsibilities
Coordinate fundraising activities with fundraising consultant(s)
Finance Intern/Volunteer Program management (recruitment, training, management)
Thank you letter program
Staff fundraisers and prepare necessary briefing materials
Qualifications
Applicants must be highly organized and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced campaign environment
Ability to work long hours including nights and weekends on a regular basis
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects at once
Experience with Microsoft Word and database experience
Prior fundraising experience preferred
