Canvasser Job Description

A campaign for a competitive Democratic primary in Nassau seeking staff to work across the district contacting voters. This is an entry level campaign position and requires no prior experience, only that you're a registered Working Families Party voter. We will train the right candidate.

Requirements

• Absolute confidentiality with regard to all aspects of the campaign
• The ability to comprehend messaging for and articulate issues related to the campaign
• Regular communication of progress and submission of daily reports
• Adherence to schedule and punctuality
• The ability to communicate electronically at all times while working
• The ability to walk for extended periods of time
• The ability to perform all other aspects of the work successfully
• Must be a registered Working Families Party voter
