Deputy Legislative Aide (Richmond, VA)

Senator Scott Surovell’s office is seeking a deputy legislative aide for the 2018 Virginia Legislative Session to help draft constituent correspondence, press releases, social media posts, and other communications. The position is based in Richmond and is full time. The Aide will serve on a small dynamic team and must have experience producing graphics. This position requires strong interpersonal, writing, and visual editing skills. Session is fast-paced and high pressure so the candidate should perform well under stress.
