Paid Graphic Design Internship -- Remote -- Summer 2021

Rising Tide Interactive is currently accepting Graphic Design internship applications for our paid Summer 2021 Internship Program. 

What you'll do:

• Build out sizes and versions of existing designs for a variety of online platforms like Google and Facebook
• Create graphic assets for design and video projects
• Design original graphics
• Recommend visuals for RTI’s creative by finding stock and other imagery for a variety of projects
• Organize assets for the Creative team
• Assist the Creative team with other tasks that align with your skills and goals 

You'll learn the ins and outs of graphic design production processes, tactics, and creative management from a dedicated team of creative professionals. This internship will allow you to gain useful experience in political graphic design for digital platforms, and you’ll leave the internship with portfolio-ready design work.

Candidates should have experience in Adobe CC (primarily Photoshop and Illustrator) and a strong attention to detail. 

Experience with motion graphics, After Effects, and an interest in Democratic politics is a plus.

• Paid internship? Yep! We pay $15/hour 
• You can work part-time (15-20 hours/week) or full-time (up to 35 hours/week) 
• Summer internships typically run from May 17th to August 20th, but we’re flexible with start/end dates
• Location: Due to COVID-19, our offices are currently closed, so all summer internships will be remote. We will provide a laptop and a remote work stipend of $250 to help you get set up.
