Canvass Lead

 

The Iowa Democratic Party is looking for Canvass Leads to win up and down the ticket in November.

 

Job Duties:

• Lead a team of paid canvassers
  
• Contact registered voters by canvassing door-to-door in assigned regions of Iowa
  
• Complete daily data entry
  
• Cut canvassing turf on VoteBuilder
  
• Report to Canvass Director regarding canvass goals and progress
  
• Troubleshoot technology and canvass issues in the field
  
• Represent the Iowa Democratic Party in a professional manner
  

 

Job Requirements:

• At least one cycle of campaign experience
  
• Motivated, self-starter
  
• Strong verbal/interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to manage a team of canvassers
  
• Microsoft Office proficiency
  
• VoteBuilder experience
  
• Reliable transportation required
  
• Extensive travel required
