IMPACT Hiring: Indian American IMPACT Project & Fund
IMPACT is currently seeking resumes and considering applicants with backgrounds in the following areas:

Background
IMPACT is a national voice for Indian Americans who are dedicated to building power by investing in new leaders and allying with other communities of color. The IMPACT Fund endorses and supports qualified Indian American candidates to help them run for office, win, and lead. The IMPACT Project supports development of research and policy for inclusion, equity, and innovation.
In 2018, the IMPACT Fund endorsed 20 candidates and held a summit featuring Kamala Harris, Cory Booker, Ro Khanna, Pramila Jayapal, Raja Krishnamoorthi, and Ami Bera, as well as other prominent elected officials, business leaders, and advocates. In 2020, the IMPACT Fund is engaging in key federal, state, and local races.
General Qualifications:
• At least two years of experience in advocacy, political campaign, nonprofit, or outreach.
• Experience in aspects of fundraising, donor research, prospecting, and cultivation;
• Fluency with digital communications and database software;
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; and
• A Bachelor’s degree and strong academic credentials;
Additional weight will be given to applicants with experience and passion for building political power in the Indian American community.
Salary & Benefits: The role(s) will be employed as full-time consultants with generous compensation based on experience. Applicants in Philadelphia, Washington D.C. or New York City are preferred, but will consider qualified applicants across the United States.
