Beto for America is hiring full‐time Organizers for its statewide field program in Iowa. Organizers will serve on the campaign’s front lines in Iowa, leading the charge to persuade and mobilize potential caucus-goers to back Beto O’Rourke for President.
Fundamentally, being an Organizer revolves around having an enormous volume of distinct conversations every single day. Between new conversations with potential caucus-goers, regular follow-ups with voters you’ve already spoken with, pitches to new supporters to recruit them to volunteer, and heart-to-hearts with existing volunteers to get them to do more, Organizers can expect to interface with dozens of different people on a daily basis.
