The American Civil Liberties Union of Pennsylvania is Hiring a Communications Strategist!

The ACLU of Pennsylvania is hiring a Communications Strategist to join our Campaign for Smart Justice Team!

The Campaign for Smart Justice aims to reduce Pennsylvania’s jail and prison population by 50% while combating racial disparities in the criminal justice system.

The Communications Strategist can be based out of Pittsburgh or Harrisburg. This position is a two year contract, and we are committed to an open hiring process that recruits a diverse pool of candidates and encourages all candidates, especially those with direct experience in the criminal justice system, to apply.

Our ideal candidate is a critical thinker who has advocated for criminal justice reform by lifting up the stories of impacted communities.
