Our plan is to create one of the top 5 most talked about political campaigns in 2017 and flip the district from red to blue. I'm currently interviewing for a full-time campaign manager that is ambitious, experienced, and passionate about a once-in-a-generation opportunity to send the first Asian American female to serve in the entire NJ legislature.

Job description:

- Experienced fundraising $500K+ able to structure daily call time, follow-up, and compliance)

- Strong communications background - draft newsletter, press releases, ensure consistent political messaging

- Must be digitally savvy (e.g. experienced with NGP, VAN, post to appropriate social media channels, and ability to capitalize on key moments to exponentially grow social media reach) 

Note: currently the campaign team is using Asana & Slack for project management

- Identify and prioritize meetings with local, state, and national key influencers

- Lead team of Campaign Supporters to organize grassroots events (e.g. meet and greets, phone banks and fundraising events)

- Optimistic & whip-smart
