Sierra Club, America’s oldest and most effective grassroots
environmental organization, is expanding its HR team by hiring a
Benefits Administrator. This person will have the opportunity to manage
all aspects of Sierra Club’s health and welfare benefit programs,
including retirement plans. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of
benefit administration experience and strong working knowledge of
federal, state & local regulations, as well as filing and compliance
requirements. A proven ability to work with vendors and employees to
resolve benefit issues, and excellent communication skills are
