CALL TIME MANAGER

 

Lindsey Simmons for Congress (MO-04) is looking to hire a call time manager to begin immediately

 

Call Time Manager will be responsible for but not limited to

 

  • Staffing call time with candidate, taking notes and ensuring follow-ups are completed in a timely manner
  • Managing and communicating with candidate effectively
  • Working with finance director to meet call time goals
  • Researching and finding new prospective donors, maintain and update NGP database, and tracking and recording call time hours and finance progress in a soft report
  • Capability to juggle more than one job at a time
  • Assisting with other campaign-related activities as needed
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours as needed
  • Be open to a growth mindset with the ability to take and enact feedback

 

Qualifications/skills

 

  • Ties to Missouri or knowledge of Missouri politics preferred but not required
  • Preferred experience with NGP and Act Blue
  • Previous campaign experience is required, fundraising or organizing experience preferred
  • Knowledge with NGP VAN, Google Docs, Google Spreadsheets and Microsoft Office
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time and adapt to changing campaign needs and priorities
  • Commitment to electing Missouri Democrats and defeating Vicky Hartzler

 

This position is based in Columbia, MO but can begin immediately working remotely due to COVID-19. It entails significant personal interaction with candidate, campaign leadership and political endorsers.
