The Working Families Party is looking for energetic, outgoing, well-spoken individuals to speak to voters, going door to door. Ideal candidates have great communication skills, a strong work ethic and are able to work five days a week and live near the Danbury Area. Please visit our website to apply.

Note: This is a temporary position lasting only until Tuesday, November 5th. 

You

  • Want to be a voice for change and part of a team of new friends trained to educate and inspire our communities into going to polls.

  • Are eager to work directly with communities in a variety of neighborhoods, usually canvassing door-to-door several hours a day.

  • Are a people-person that wants to make a difference for working people and families across Connecticut.

  • Would like a job that offers great exercise, even better experience, and the opportunity to develop your resume immensely over a short amount of time.

Position Description

  • Conducts door-to-door outreach for assigned campaign.

  • Persuade voters, disseminate campaign materials, and complete other tasks as required. 

  • Accountable to goals set out by both the Field Manager and Project Director.

  • Trains with Field Managers to become a proficient canvasser.
