Baltimore Mayoral Race - Field Director

We are seeking a motivated applicant who wants to make a real difference for the future of Baltimore City to serve as a Field Director.

There is an exciting opportunity for energetic, ambitious applicants looking to prove themselves on a major race with opportunity to gain important professional contacts in the process.

Field Director responsibilities include:

• Volunteer recruitment

• Organizing campaign events

• Staffing candidate at key events

• Following up with campaign supporters and important organizations

• Other duties as needed

Field Director Qualifications:

• Previous campaign field experience is required

• Applicants must be highly organized and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced campaign environment

• A detail oriented team player

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Access to reliable transportation
