Campaign Manager/Field Director Chicago Northwestern Suburbs

An Illinois Democratic State Senate Challenger is seeking a CM/FD for the general election against a far-right State Senator in a moderate Suburban District. 

Qualifications

• At least 1 cycle of experience, Illinois experience preferred but not mandatory. 
• A working knowledge of NGP, Votebuilder, Google Docs, and Microsoft Suite
• The ability to work long campaign hours.  
• Access to a reliable vehicle 
• The ability to work with self-direction and motivation.

Responsibilities

• Write a Campaign Plan and work to implement it
• Coordinate candidates schedule and events for the campaign
• Recruit, Train, and Manage Volunteers 
• Work with consultants and caucus staff to implement research, finance, and communication plan
• Serve as a surrogate for the candidate throughout the District

Compensation

Salary and benefits will be commensurated with previous experience.
