NOW HIRING: Jon Ossoff for Senate race seeks Field Director for the 2020 election. 

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive statewide field plan and determine field strategy and goals

• Manage all aspects of the field program including operations, tracking performance, and preparing regular reports

• Coordinate voter registration effort

• Provide training and oversee regional directors and organizers

• Ensure proper utilization of data

Qualifications

• Experience and confidence in designing a field program at the congressional level or higher and/or deputy field director experience on a statewide program

• Experience directing a robust, multilevel staff

• Experience in organizing a large volunteer network in concert with overall field and political needs

• Knowledge of Excel and Google sheets; knowledge of NGP/VAN required

• Must be located in or willing to relocate to Atlanta, GA

• Access to reliable transportation and computer required
