Competitive Grassroots Driven NY Congressional seeking Field Director

[NY Campaign]

An exciting and energetic upstate Congressional race is looking for a qualified and eager Field Director to harness some incredible grassroots energy.

We have a large and diverse district so our campaign is looking for a creative and adaptable person to develop an engaging and productive field program.

Responsibility:

• Creating and executing a field plan
• Work with the campaign manager to create an effective universe
• Hiring and training all field staff
• Daily management of staff to ensure all goals are being hit
• Develop and maintain local relationships with groups such as committees, labor and activists
• Work within and manage the field budget
  

Qualifications:

• At least 1-2 cycles of experience in field
• High level of knowledge of VAN
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to train and manage staff effectively
• Data and metrics driven
