Field Director - Maryland Congressional Campaign

Democratic Congressional Primary Campaign in Maryland is seeking an experienced and qualified Field Director to lead a large and robust field program in a top-tier, nationally profiled Democratic primary election.  The Field Director will be tasked with overseeing a multi-layered field staff consisting of both a team of field organizers and paid canvass operation.  The Field Director is an essential member of campaign senior staff and will be responsible for all aspects of the campaign relating to the field program.

Qualifications

•          Multiple cycles of campaign experience, with at least one in a management role
  
•           Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  
•           Knowledge of management principles and processes
  
•           Familiarity with creating and monitoring reporting systems
  
•           Ability to hold staff accountable to the goals and metrics outlined in the field plan
  
•           Access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license
