New York State Senate Democrats Seeking Campaign Managers and Field Directors for Targeted Races

The New York Democratic Senate Campaign Committee (DSCC) is seeking experienced campaign operatives for top-tier races across the state.

 

Campaign Managers

 

Campaign Managers will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of their races, including but not limited to:

 

·         Managing day-to-day operations of the campaign

·         Supervising all staff and press, field, and finance operations

·         Serving as liaison between the DSCC and the campaign

·         Developing relationships with local stakeholders, including elected officials, party leaders, labor groups, and advocates

                                                                                                                                               

Field Directors

 

Field Directors will be responsible for overseeing volunteer and paid field operations:

 

·         Build and manage volunteer field program

·         Supervise paid field program

·         Supervise all field staff, volunteers, and interns

·         Execute field goals in collaboration with DSCC

 

Qualifications

 

Candidates for both positions should possess the following characteristics:

 

·         Significant campaign experience on a state- or federal-level race.

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities

·         Willingness to work long hours and travel flexibility

 

Salary

 

Commensurate with experience
