US Senate Race Seeks Field Director

A U.S. Senate race in the West is seeking a Field Director. 

Responsibilities

The Campaign is seeking a Field Director who will lead the voter targeting and contact goals that include, but are not limited to:

●  Ability to write and implement a comprehensive, data­ driven field plan.

●  Build and manage a field leadership team to execute said complex field plan

●  Set, meet, and exceed benchmarks for voter contact, volunteer recruitment, grassroots engagement and GOTV .

●  Establish a strong professional culture within the field organization focused on accountability, specific goals, innovation and sense of purpose

●  Manage the field program budget and logistics in collaboration with other senior staffers

Qualifications:

●  3+ cycles of campaign field experience

●  Experience managing and training staff

●  Extensive experience with and ability to train on Votebuilder (VAN)

●  Strong communication and organizational skills, showing attention to detail

●  Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills; successful at motivating staff to meet ecruitment and voter contact goals

Compensation: Commensurate with experience.
