Field Operations Position -- U.S. Senate Race in Pennsylvania

[PA Senate]

Position: U.S. Senate campaign in Pennsylvania is seeking a full-time field operations staffer. This person will be a critical part of taking an already-in-place volunteer infrastructure and utilizing it for a variety of non-traditional field operations, with a team .

Regional Field Director Responsibilities Include:

• Meet strict weekly call time goals
• Build self-sustaining volunteer teams that can run regional events on their own when given resources by campaign
• Help organize and build for events in assigned turf when needed
• Other duties as needed

Ops Team Qualifications:

• At least one cycle of field experience
• Experience supervising staff or high level volunteers
• Familiarity with VoteBuilder
• Microsoft Excel and Google Docs proficiency is a plus
• Applicants must be highly organized and have the ability to multitask in a extremely fast-paced campaign environment
• Ability to work long hours, 7 days a week, including nights
• A true self-starter who is a detail-oriented team player, and an excellent leader
• Access to reliable transportation required
