Finance Director- Red to Blue PA Congressional

A top targeted, DCCC Red to Blue Pennsylvania Democratic congressional campaign is seeking to hire a Finance Director to begin immediately. 

Applicants should have some prior campaign experience, with ideally one to two cycles of federal campaign work, or one cycle in Pennsylvania. Proficiency with NGP/VAN software is preferred. 

A well-qualified applicant for this position will be someone with exemplary time management, planning, organization and communications skills who is detail-oriented and able to prioritize and manage multiple projects.

The Finance Director will be responsible for managing an aggressive candidate and staff call time program and coordinating events. This will include prospect research, database management, and candidate interaction. Other responsibilities will include general fundraising support as needed. 

This position is based in the Philadelphia area and entails significant personal interaction with the candidate. Irregularity of hours is to be expected, including some evenings and weekends. Salary is commensurate with the applicant’s experience.
