An early stage startup called Enrich is seeking early teammates and cofounders to help grow their member community in San Francisco.

We’re raised venture funding and from a handful of seasoned founders in the bay. We're looking for co-founders and early teammates to help us launch in SF, NYC and in every US city at an accelerated pace. More about the role:
Campaign Manager / Community Builder
As a ground floor member of Enrich’s team, you will play an integral role in building our community and defining how we reach and engage members.
This is an ideal role for someone who is scrappy, understands how to connect and grow a membership base, curious, goal-oriented, and is both strategic/willing roll up sleeves.
Responsibilities:
Grow our community of business leaders by recruiting members in a various professions (engineering, marketing, etc).
Create and a execute a “plan of attack” within a specific profession i.e. engineering
Develop and test new ways to engage and grow the community.
Manage “book” of new members and ensure their smooth conversion accordingly.
Help shape our story and messaging to optimize our sales process.
Bring feedback from customers and prospects to the team.
Qualifications:
1-4 years experience in campaigns, community building, or network oriented activity.
Excellent networker and communication skills
Experience trying various channels to build + develop a community.
Interpersonal - active listener, empathetic, integrity, resilient, enthusiastic.
Serious hustle and work ethic - we’re building a network from the ground up.
Highly organized and strong time management skills
Ability to work in fast paced, changing environment with minimal direction
BA/BS required.
