Gary Farmer campaign for State Senate seeks to hire a Field Organizer.

The Gary Farmer campaign for State Senate is looking for highly motivated individuals to take part in our exciting field program. We are searching for self-motivated individuals who crave progressive change in State Government.

As a field organizer you will be tasked with supervising teams of canvassers and/or phone-bankers.  You will be asked to meet daily voter outreach goals while effectively managing other individuals in the field. 

Gary is campaigning on a progressive platform that includes fighting to keep guns off of our streets and ensuring every Floridian’s right to access clean drinking water through opposition to hydro-fracking. Gary is the only candidate in the race to support fully funding our public schools, because he understands that education is an invaluable building block for our society.If you’d like to help fight alongside Gary for all of these things and more, this job could be for you!

Qualifications:
·Available top more for more than 40 hours a week.

Access to a smartphone

Ability to coordinate with others and lead a team in the field.

·Comfortable interacting with strangers
·A strong desire to help send a strong progressive voice to the State Senate

Previous campaign experience preferred but not required

Candidates who speak a second language in addition to English are strongly encouraged to apply.

Compensation:
Field Organizers will be offered a competitive salary.
