CALL TIME MANAGER

The Ohio Democratic Party seeks an experienced Call Time Manager to implement a full time fundraising call time program for a 2016 statewide campaign.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Call Time Manager will work directly with the Finance Director.  He/she will serve as a strategic asset to the Finance team. Call time director will have responsibility for developing and executing strategic plans and meeting performance milestones, with continual progress toward larger organizational goals.   The responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

 

·         Manage donor research operation

·         Manage call time; including all preparation follow up

·         Staff call time

·         Manage call time priorities

·         Call time program analysis and reporting

·         Maintain and update database

·         Donor correspondence and follow up

 

Candidate for this position must be extremely organized, energetic and very proficient with NGP software. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

• At least one cycle of prior call time manager experience
• Ability to plan and manage time sensitive projects with competing needs
• Strong attention to detail
• Prior experience with targeting contributors and follow up management
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Capacity and desire to work long hours in a campaign setting
• Reliable transportation and ability to take on some travel
