Full-Time Deputy Finance Director/Call-Time Manager for Democratic Campaign in Bucks County, PA

The Bucks Victory Team is looking to hire a passionate, motivated, and eager to learn campaign professional to join our finance operations. The essence of good fundraising turns a movement’s passion for the important issues at hand into action and financial support.

The person who would make an ideal fit for what this team needs is someone who is driven to unlock our Democratic energy towards our local elections in 2019. 2019 is the culmination of years of hard work and success from our strong community of Democrats to elect candidates that will fight for Bucks County and its people. This is a highly competitive, and closely watched race that has regional and national implications now and in the future.

Position Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Candidate Call Time Preparation, Follow Up and Execution

• Detailed Donor Research

• Planning and executing low, medium, and high dollar fundraiser events

• Support the Finance Director in finance strategy

• Coordination of event notifications, pledge follow-ups and collection

• Creative input into fundraising development over the lifetime of the campaign

Candidates should apply with the following qualifications:

• 1-2 years or more of campaign experience. Fundraising experience preferred but not required

• A willingness to learn and adapt to our fundraising plan/strategy

• Detail oriented and very efficient time management

• Ability to work well with a team and on your own

• Ability to work with multiple competing priorities and meeting deadlines

• Workplace professionalism

• Proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Excel

• Knowledge of NGP

• Committed to our campaign’s cause
