DIGITAL PRODUCER

 

D.C. digital media and strategic communications firm seeks a ​digitally-inclined individual to help win high-profiled democratic campaigns in 2018. 

The Producer is serves as an internal manager to ensure smooth work flow. This includes production of emails, contribution pages, and landing pages, the creation and management of social media content and accounts, as well as miscellaneous technical, communications, and administrative tasks. 

The ideal candidate would have 1-2 years of work experience, a strong attention to detail, and can organize several tasks on short deadlines. 

Campaign experience is highly preferable. Design production, HTML/CSS skills, BSD and ActBlue capabilities, Photoshop/Illustrator chops, ​love of statistics, prior communications or research internship experience, all pluses.

DIGITAL STRATEGIST

 

D.C. digital media and strategic communications firm seeks a strategist to help win high-profiled democratic campaigns in 2018.

 

This person will serve as strategist and account manager for large-scale digital programs. This includes:

• Strategizing with campaigns to develop an effective digital plan
  
• Executing the clients’ digital plan – including email fundraising, paid acquisition and persuasion campaigns, website creation, and expansion of social network presence
  
• Managing day-to-day client relations and communications
  
• Compiling weekly reports, organize data, and analyze performance of emails and ads in presentations to clients
  

The complexities of this role require a detail-oriented candidate with excellent communications skills. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of work experience, preferably in campaigns or on the Hill.

 

The candidate needs to be proficient at time management including successfully prioritizing incoming requests from clients and internal team members. The candidate needs to work well under deadlines and understand that work on nights and weekends may be required at times.
