About Democratic Attorneys General Association
The Democratic Attorneys General Association (DAGA) is the only national organization solely dedicated to supporting and electing Democrats to the Office of Attorney General - we are headquartered in Washington, DC with satellite offices in Los Angeles and San Francisco. We work alongside our peer political committees DSCC, DCCC, DGA and DLCC as well as the DNC to promote and recruit progressives to run for office. Our mission is to support and elect leaders into the state Office of Attorney General who will stand for justice, equality, and opportunity for all those living and working in America. We also educate the public on the important work Democratic Attorneys General do by serving as the People’s lawyers: creating opportunities for hard-working students and families, defending the rights of immigrant families and children, protecting access to affordable and quality healthcare, preserving reproductive rights, safeguarding environmental protections, and promoting equality.
