Position Summary
We are looking for a Compliance Coordinator for LEE’s Elected Leadership team.
The Coordinator is responsible for managing data entry and accounting of
contributions and expenditures in NGP. The Coordinator will manage the
processing and payments of invoices for the Elected Leadership team, aggregate
and enter expenses into Quickbooks. The Coordinator will develop and maintain a
schedule of campaign compliance deadlines. The Coordinator will provide ongoing
administrative and operational support for the EL team as needed.
This role requires exceptional attention to detail, an ability to create
systems and document best practices to ensure we are constantly improving. Time
management and an ability to juggle competing priorities are essential.
The Coordinator needs to exercise strong judgment in responding to
questions, trouble-shooting problems, and flagging issues for other team
members as needed. This role is an excellent opportunity to hone professional
skills, build political campaign knowledge and grow your network in the
education community.

Requirements, Skills, Knowledge, Abilities & Competencies
· Bachelor’s degree required
· Meticulous attention to detail
· Sense of humor
· 1 - 2 years of previous work experience required
· NGP VAN, Quickbooks, and Salesforce experience a plus
· Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
· Coordinating multiple projects with diverse stakeholders and tight deadlines
· Ability to maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive information and materials
· Entrepreneurial and ability to easily adapt to innovations and changes in policies and procedures
· Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
· High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word.
· Ability to work in a team environment
