Democratic Congressional Campaign Seeks a Campaign Manager

[CD Campaign]

We are a congressional campaign group looking for a campaign manager with the following qualities:

MUST KNOW:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, G Suite tools and products, VAN and NGP
• 4+ cycles of organizing experience; 2+ cycles of campaign management

 

MUST HAVE: 

• Willingness to relocate to Baltimore, Maryland (temporary housing is available) if necessary
• Availability and willingness to work long and irregular hours, including on weekends 
• Valid driver’s license, reliable and insured vehicle, and medical insurance.
  
• Cell phone and a laptop.

 

MUST DO: 

• Supervise day-to-day operations
• Develop a field organizing program and hire staff to execute the plan
• Efficiently maintain and report relevant data using VAN, NGP, etc. 
• Work with other consultants and advisors to execute the campaign plan
•  Draft press statements and serve as campaign spokesperson as needed

 

This is a full-time position. Compensation is highly competitive and will commensurate with the experience.
