Highly competitive, mid-Atlantic mayoral campaign seeks an experienced Field Director to manage an extensive program for the April 28, 2020 primary election.

Responsibilities include:

- Execute a comprehensive, detailed field plan, including absentee voting and GOTV plans, in consultation with the Campaign Manager.

- Run a data-driven program; develop key metrics and report regularly on progress and goals.

- Develop and manage a strong volunteer recruitment program; instill a bottom-up, grassroots-powered culture.

- Build relationships with local elected and Democratic party officials, activists, and key volunteers

Qualifications include:

- Minimum two cycles of experience

- Strong attention to detail and competency with VAN required

- Experience running field programs in urban areas a plus

- Access to reliable transportation required

Salary: Commensurate with experience
