Citizens Campaign for the Environment is hiring passionate individuals to organize local campaigns to protect the health, economy, environment, and livelihood of Central New York communities.Ideal candidates possess a genuine commitment to the environment and are excited about connecting with people.

We inform and educate New York residents about local issues, build support through fundraising, letters, and signatures, and then channel that support into action. We work on a wide variety of issues, and are currently focusing efforts on securing state funding to address Harmful Algal Blooms (HABs) in the Finger Lakes.

Hours are Monday through Friday, 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Part-time is also available, same hours at 3-4 days a week.

Pay: $450 per week plus weekly bonuses.
