Campaign Manager (with Finance Experience) -- Missouri Congressional - IMMEDIATE HIRE

The campaign manager will oversee all aspects of the campaign including day-to-day operations, the hiring and management of staff, canvassing, and advertisement management. The campaign manager must have excellent organizational skills, be level-headed, have good interpersonal skills- and can’t be afraid of making asks on behalf of the campaign. The manager will be responsible for building campaign.

THIS IS AN URGENT HIRE, CANDIDATE WHO SUBMIT THE RESUME SHOULD BE ABLE TO WORK IN MISSOURI IMMEDIATELY.

Responsibilities:

• Hiring and managing additional staff

• Coordination and implementation of consultant operations

• Maximizing candidate’s time so that they can effectively engage supporters, talk with donors, and build relationships with endorsing organizations

• Manage all other campaign team leads, including field, digital, and communications

• Other tasks as designated by candidate or Senior Advisors

Desired qualifications:

• 1-3 cycles of political campaign experience

• 1 year experience managing people

• Very well organized; excellent written, verbal and presentation 

• Solid communications skills

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with colleagues and outside organizations and be able to multitask without sacrificing quality of work

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Ability to foster a cooperative, team-oriented work environment

• Drivers license and access to a car

 

Location: Missouri. 

Compensation: Commensurate with experience.
