Responsibilities:

Recruit volunteers

Persuade undecided voters

Develop and grow relationships with activists and leaders

Build and attend community events

Qualifications:

A passion for organizing

Strong interpersonal skills

Familiarity with NGP/VAN/PDI

A positive attitude, and willingness to work long hours and weekend

Access to a vehicle

Bonus points:

Experience in California politics

Bi-lingual
