We are excited to be working to defend a Midwest Democratic congressional seat that Republicans are looking to flip this year. We'll be hiring Field Organizers immediately, and hiring in the future on a rolling basis, to help keep this seat blue.

Please know that this is a full time organizing position that will require extensive driving, daily reporting, and constant measuring of your progress to goal for all applicable metrics. The job will last through the November 2018 elections.

Qualifications:

· Strong time-management skills and work ethic;

· Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills;

· Ability to spend long hours on the phone and canvassing;

· Ability to adapt quickly and accomplish goals as set forth by the campaign;

· Results-oriented, dependable, and proactive;

· Ability to recruit, motivate, and manage volunteers for canvassing, phone-banking, and data entry, in order to activate and turn out Democratic voters in Wisconsin’s 3^rdCongressional District;

· Represent the campaign both in person and online;

· Supervise and train campaign fellows;

· Other duties as assigned.

· Have access to a reliable vehicle.

· Have a working laptop.
