The Call Time Manager will report to Campaign Manager and/or Finance Director. He or she will work directly with the Candidate and play an important in supporting the fundraising operation of the campaign.
Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of call time.
Organize donor research and make sure all calls are properly prepared
Complete call time follow up and outstanding pledge chasing
Assist Finance team with organizing fundraisers when available
Travel with the candidate in-state when necessary to ensure maximizing call time
Research prospective donors
Other duties as assigned
Requirements/ Qualifications
Previous campaign fundraising experience useful, but not necessary
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel (NGP a plus)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in a fast-paced campaign atmosphere
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
Ability to manage several tasks/projects at the same time
