Finance assistant/Call time manager- Targeted Upper Midwest Congressional

Democratic Candidate for a congressional seat in the Upper Midwest seeks a Call Time Manager. This role will work directly with the Candidate and Finance Director to maintain donor relations and coordinate donor events.

Prior experience staffing or interning for a campaign is desired. Individual must be able to work campaign hours which include some evenings/weekends, have access to a car, and be willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Prepare donor research and staff candidate call time.

• Prepare briefings for donor meetings and events.

• Provide organizational support for the day-to-day operations of the finance team and off-site fundraisers. 

Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets and NGP. ActBlue is a plus

• Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines

• At least one cycle as a Finance Intern or Finance Staff

• Ability to work campaign hours

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Demonstrated interest in Democratic politics.
