The One Campaign For Michigan is seeking an experienced Field Director to lead a diverse and robust team of Regional Field Directors (RFDs) and Field Organizers (FOs) in Michigan in 2020. One Campaign for Michigan is the Michigan Democratic Party’s Coordinated Campaign for the 2020 general election. We are looking for passionate, hardworking individuals who are committed to building the turnout operation needed to win elections up and down the ballot for Democrats in November 2020. 

Responsibilities

• Manage, train, and hold accountable a team of Regional Field Directors on a daily basis

• Draft and execute a statewide field plan and robust GOTV plan

• Oversee timely and accurate reporting and data management

• Keep your team focused and motivated in a high-stress, rigorous work schedule and environment

Required Qualifications 

• Previously held Field Director, Deputy Field Director, or Regional Field Director positions

• At least 3 cycles of field experience

• Experience hiring, managing, and training staff

• Experience working in large, metric driven voter contact programs 

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively and clearly communicate with different types of stakeholders, from high level elected officials to grassroots activists

• Must have access to a cell phone and vehicle.

Competitive salary and health benefits are provided. This position is full time through the General Election.
