Dayenu: A Jewish Call to Climate Action is hiring an inaugural Director of Organizing, who will be a highly focused, self-starter tasked with growing a grassroots network of Jewish Americans confronting the climate crisis. This is an opportunity to join a small, committed team at the ground floor, experimenting with new ideas and modes of thinking, and to help shape a bold new organization.

This position is full time and the salary range is $65-90,000 depending on qualifications, experience, and location. We offer a competitive benefits package, including vacation and sick days, healthcare, and more.
