Leadership for Educational Equity (LEE) is a nonprofit, nonpartisan leadership development organization dedicated to developing its members’ potential to ensure every child has the opportunity to receive an outstanding education.

Position Summary
Leadership for Educational Equity seeks a Manager of Candidate Ready Development (CRD) who will exert the leadership necessary to cultivate a conviction for elected leadership and develop effective candidates for electoral office across the United States. The Manager, CRD simultaneously builds awareness and confidence across the regions, working to grow the leadership mindsets and skills of their members. The Candidate Ready Development manager will also leverage the experience of elected members to support prospective candidates and inspire a new generation of diverse leaders to answer the call of elected service.
As part of a team that values leadership development, elected leadership development managers receive extensive training, ongoing coaching, and professional development that enable them to achieve success and innovate while positioning them for greater responsibility in the future. This position reports to the Director, Candidate Ready Development
