Competitive ballot initiative in the Southwest is hiring a Field Director.

 

This is an ideal opportunity for a dynamic and strategic political professional to work on a multi-faceted ballot measure campaign.

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

·      -Responsible for managing a growing team of Field Organizers.

·      -Drafting and executing a state wide field plan

·      -Holding Field staff accountable to metrics, goals and deliverables.

·      -Hiring, training and managing additional Field Organizers

 

The ideal candidate will posses the following qualifications:

 

• At least two campaign cycles in field on a campaign or ballot initiative

 

• Volunteer and staff management experience

 

• Deep entrepreneurialism and flexibility, with an ability to maneuver effectively in the face of uncertainty.

 

• Willingness to work with a growing team in a fast-paced, campaign- environment (sometimes unpredictable hours and crisis situations)

 

• Be a dynamic team player and maintain a sense of humor
