CAMPIAGN MANAGER WANTED FOR A NEW JERSEY CONGRESSIONAL RACE!

This is going to be an exciting election with a candidate who isn't afraid of hard work combined with an awesome leader (that's you), we can make change happen!

Position Location: -- New Jersey - must be willing to relocate.

Start: ASAP *Looking for October start date!

Salary: $5,000.00 per month.

Primary - June 2020.  General November 2020.

Duties/Responsibilities:

§  The campaign manager reports to the candidate and consultant while managing the candidate's daily agenda and staff.

§  The campaign manager directs all aspects of implementation of a congressional campaign plan including fundraising, operations,call time, field,  earned, owned, and paid media in accordance with the candidate's and consultant's guidance and direction.

§  The campaign manager creates, develops, and oversees the budget. 

§  The campaign manager manages relationships with all vendors, consultants, and staff including general, fundraising, field, and communications.

§  The campaign manager manages campaign staff.

§  The campaign manager initiates and fosters strong working relationships with grasstops and grassroots leaders.

Qualifications/Requirements:
§  The campaign manager should have at least 3 cycles of political campaign management experience, and  at least one cycle of experience managing a Congressional campaign, highly desirable.

§  The campaign manager must have the ability to work with media representatives, including, but not limited to, as the spokesperson for the campaign, and know how to develop owned, earned, and paid media opportunities.  

§  The campaign manager must be knowledgeable and have the skill set to ensure the proper execution of fundraising strategies and tactics.

§  The campaign manager must have the demonstrated ability to work with diverse communities.

§  The campaign manager must have a strong, healthy work ethic, recognizing the importance of working hard and efficiently to ensure the needs of the campaign are a top priority through the duration of the election cycle.

§  Understanding of New Jersey is a plus!  
§ Must have reliable transportation. a laptop, and a cell phone.
§ Must be willing to relocate to the district or already live in state.
