Finance Assistant, 2015 Northern Virginia State Senate

*Targeted Democratic State Senate campaign in Northern Virginia seeks Finance Assistant for competitive 2015 November general election.*

The Finance Assistant works closely with Finance Director and Campaign Manager to successfully implement the finance plan. The Finance Assistant will be responsible for: conducting call time, researching current and prospective donors, tacking call time results, processing contributions, helping to plan events and fundraisers, training, and managing interns, and other duties as needed.

 

The ideal individual will have at least one cycle of campaign finance experience, should possess excellent time management skills and willingness to work extensive hours, including nights and weekends. Applicant should have strong written and verbal communication skills, experience with NGP, and be a proven team player and leader. Applicant should have reliable access to a laptop and transportation, and a valid driver's license. Supporter housing available if needed.
