Entry Level Campaign Canvassing Position -- Part-time

Local campaign on the Central Coast looking for entry-level field canvassers.

Under the direction of the senior campaign staff, the field canvassers are responsible for direct voter contact through door-to-door canvassing. Applicants will gain valuable experience in the electoral process. 

Position Responsibilities:
- Interact with voters through door-to-door canvassing
- Build support for the local campaign effort

Required Qualifications:
- A positive attitude, attention to detail and a strong work ethic 
- Outreach/canvass experience OR willingness to learn new skills quickly 
- Basic computer proficiency
- Strong verbal and interpersonal skills 
- Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Access to a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Ability to stand or walk for several hours
