DC based Call Time Manager -- Midwestern Congressional Campaign

[2020 Campaign]

A top-5 GOP-targeted Midwestern Frontline Democratic Congressional campaign is seeking a Call Time Manager. The position will be based in DC with some travel to the district.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare, execute, and perform follow-up for Member call time

- Plan and lead staff call time plan

- Identify key donor research and donor prospecting targets

- Assist Finance Director in various capacities

- Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Google Docs and Microsoft Office tools

- Strong written, communication, research, & interpersonal skills - attention to detail a must

- Engaging personality: creative and innovative with a keen sense of humor; strong public presence and confident interpersonal style

- Collaborative and thrives working in a team setting

- Flexibility and willingness to travel

- Must be willing to work long and irregular campaign hours with a fun-loving, positive attitude

- Access to a laptop, cell phone and a car

Preferred but Not Required:

- Experience with NGP
