JOB DESCRIPTION

We are a high-quality consulting services for electoral, political, issue advocacy, and community campaigns. Our team combines skill, strategic planning, innovation, and good, old-fashioned hard work.

We are looking for temporary Field Canvasser in the city of Los Angeles. The campaign is designed to talk face-to-face with all registered voters in the district about the candidate. This is a full time, temporary job from January to March.

Duties Include:

• House visits to persuade voters to vote in support of our candidate
• Team meetings to set daily goals
• Ability to work weekends and afternoons
• Ability to work long hours

Skills needed:

• Must be fluent in English.
• Must be outgoing and comfortable with talking to voters, walking neighborhoods and knocking on doors to talk about the elections.
• Must be punctual, well organized, self-motivated, energetic, responsible and have good verbal and listening skills.
• Political, community or labor experience a plus.
• Polite and courteous.
• Reliable transportation.
• Personal Cell Phone. 
• If you will be driving your car for work purposes must have car and driver’s license with car insurance.

Schedule and Pay:

Pay is $15+ per hour for canvassing. Work schedule is from Saturday through Thursday averaging 35+ hours a week.
