A competitive and targeted Democratic congressional primary in Arizona is seeking a full time Finance Director.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all finance staff and interns  

• Develop and implement an aggressive Finance Plan

• Staff events and fundraisers 

• Oversee all call time operations and candidate finance scheduling 

• Report daily to the campaign manager regarding goals and quotas

 Ideal Candidate Qualities:

• Ability to work odd/long hours
• Flexible, adaptable, and focused under pressure
• Work collaboratively in a team setting  
• Highly organized 
• Sense of humor 

Qualifications:

• At least two cycles direct finance experience with at least one cycle in a senior position 
  
• Working knowledge of NGP/VAN
• Arizona experience a plus

 Competitive salary and benefits based on experience. Relocation to district is a must. Reliable transportation required.
