Position: Field Organizer for Central VA Democratic Congressional Campaign
Seeking field staff for top tier Congressional campaign electing a progressive to the US House of Representatives. Be a crucial part of bringing a strong progressive voice to Congress!
Strong candidates will be good problem solvers, work well in fast-paced environments, and be passionate about flipping Congress back to blue.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, mobilize and train volunteers
- Plan and execute organizing actions and events.
- Staff candidate at events around the district
- Coordinate voter contact in turf including phone calls and
door knocking
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- A willingness to work long hours, including nights and weekends
- Have your own reliable transportation
